In this case, there is a need for sincerity to increase government surveillance in road construction.Many people think that the role of inefficient drivers in road accidents is more than the maximum. Although this is not unrealistic to think, the driver's inefficiency is responsible for most of the accidents in the country. The driving profession is considered as a low quality profession in our country. As a result, people who are poor in poor health are involved in this profession.And due to this preference, the inexperienced drivers of this profession are also more widespread. Infrastructural government measures like providing training to most drivers have not yet been established. The Government should try to raise the excellence of the driving profession. Meanwhile bus and truck drivers work 16 to 18 hours a day.Being separated from the family for a long time resulted in a kind of unrest. They become physically and mentally upset, so that they can not properly concentrate in their profession. It is also considered as a major cause of the accident.One of the main reasons for the road accidents is the road traffic jam-packed marker old car in the street. The government should quickly move away from old and non-fitness vehicles on the road quickly. Although a year ago, the government took a step to remove 25-year-old vehicles that were operating in Dhaka.But it did not meet the face of implementation. Outside Dhaka, there are many old and non-fitness cars running out of the year, which are considered as one of the reasons for the accident. Traffic signaling system of Bangladesh is running in accordance with the old system. Modernization of this traffic signaling system includes speed measuring, weight measurement, GPS technology etc. Now it has become a demand for time.Road accidents are not limited to certain boundaries, but they are happening due to various reasons. In coordination with the Ministry of Communications, BRTA, civil society representatives and transport sector leaders, the government should take steps to settle these issues quickly.
